At the Stukel Group LLC, we understand that construction of any kind is not your core business and daunting the design and construction process can be whether you’re updating a corporate interior, developing a commercial office building or creating a totally new office environment that accommodates and enhances corporate culture or new customer experience.  To this challenge, we bring leadership and experienced-based construction project management.

The Stukel Group LLC specializes in Construction Management and General Contracting for the following market sectors: Healthcare; Commercial; Retail & Banking; and Hospitality.

Our approach for each client is to learn how they operate on a daily basis and apply it to the construction process, to minimize or eliminate any impact of the construction to their daily business. Each client has a different approach to their business and may do construction only once every 5 to 7 years.
Our goal on any project is to provide a process where the client can continue to focus on their core business while The Stukel Group LLC focuses and delivers on their construction project.

We do not to apply a “one size fits all” attitude to each project. The exact opposite is true: each client and each market has a particular set of needs that will impact the outcome of the project. The Stukel Group LLC will work closely with each client to determine those critical needs and incorporate them into the construction process.

The Stukel Group LLC’s foundation is based on principal involvement to provide “real time” solutions during the preconstruction and construction process. This provides our clients with daily accountability, creative problem solving and quick decisions during the day-to-day operations of a project. OUR APPROACH

The Stukel Group LLC’s approach to each project includes outlining the client’s goals on the project for quality, schedule, cost, phasing, special conditions, and the potential impact to ongoing operations. This information is incorporated into our construction budget, logistics, and schedule and will eventually be included as part of our bid packaging to our subcontractors. By planning the project upfront, we can get a market-driven price for all aspects of the project – i.e. we don’t add the cost of these issues or conditions after the bid process or once they are encountered in the field. This is our first step in Cost Control/ Management and delivering on our Zero Change Order philosophy.

Our success is driven by the belief that the client should be an active participant in all project decisions. This philosophy drives our communication both verbally and in writing to keep our clients in touch with daily operations of the project. Our Monthly Reporting includes the same management forms that we use internally. This includes Guaranteed Maximum Price with Details, Projected Project Costs, Schedule, Cash Position, Potential & Approved Change Orders, and Status of Contingency. You will always know where your project stands and will be able to make informed decisions based on our open book process.
